Mental Dynamics IRL (well kind of)
(...last photo by Stephanie Davidson from here...)
Just thought I would post these here as proof that these pieces existed In Real Life! This is the work and installation of my contribution to the Mental Dynamics exhibition that opened at Synchronicity gallery a couple of weeks ago. It is up until December 12th so if you can you should check it out! Many (many) thanks to Stephanie Davidson for curating me in.
Here and here (click through photostream) are installation shots of the whole show - nice work!!

PS. My dumb dumb portfolio website keeps crashing. Sorry to be so unprofessional. I keep cheaping out on upgrading it so it can handle more traffic but I swear to God if it does it again next month I will take care of things. As for now, it will refresh December 1st and then be back online...
PPS. Happy Thanksgiving to all the non-Canadians! Hope you had a nice one.

nice work!
:) thanks!!
Ya! I love the metallic-y tones, they transfer onto the photocopier real nice!
I see on yr BA uploads you made them on the big rig photocopier...Shoooot! I am making postr's for NisN this week on that mega thing. (will be up later this week)
See you later!
Hey can't wait to see your stuff!! I bet they will be awesome. Ya - using the oversize photcopier is super fun. And it is good because they look kind of distorted in that "photocopy" way so you don't have to worry about scaling up a photo that should really be 4 x 6 at 300 dpi...
Plus photocopy is such a cool medium! I like using it and taking it to a funny place between fine art printmaking and cheap practical reproduction.
Fun times. Printed matter ho!

(I mean ho in like a pirate way - land ho!!)
Ha ha ha! Ho Ho Ho!
